    in Greek

    OSH issues are under the responsibility of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security. The General Directorate of Working Conditions and Health - responsible for legislation, strategy, organization, information, education, training and research - and the Labour Inspectorate, which is the inspection and the enforcement authority for the implementation of the labour legislation, are the principal competent state authorities. The non-governmental OSH social partners also play an important role.
