| 105th Session | Judgment No. 2765 | |
|
| ||
Considering the complaint filed by Mr K.-W. S. against the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) on 22 September 2007 and corrected on 24 November 2007;
Considering Articles II, paragraph 5, and VII of the Statute of the Tribunal and Article 7 of its Rules;
Having examined the written submissions;
CONSIDERATIONS
The complainant was separated from UNESCO in June 2004 after a negotiated settlement. He now seeks to have his separation set aside. As the requirements of Article VII have not been met, the complaint is clearly irreceivable and it will be summarily dismissed in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the Tribunal’s Rules.
DECISION
For the above reasons,
The complaint is dismissed.
