BIA has a staff of about 75 persons, and fulfills a key role in social relations in Bulgaria. It has developed a strong internet service for building relations with and assisting its members. BIA is also the sole employers' organization member of the Joint Consultive Committee of the Ecosoc for Bulgaria.
