What's new in Timor Leste

  • YEP Project
    The Government of Timor-Leste is taking a number of important initiatives to enhance education and skills training for young people and to expand the employment opportunities for young people as they enter the labour force. This Programme will support and build upon these initiatives, drawing upon ILO and World Bank expertise and tools in the areas of youth employment, training, entrepreneurship development and labour-intensive works.
  • WISE Project
    The WISE Project will contribute to ease the burden of returnees on the host communities' economy by promoting the creation of self-employment opportunities for women potential entrepreneurs in Baucau, Viqueque and Lautem Districts.
