Decent Work Country Programme in the People's Republic of China
Decent Work Country Programme (DWCP) is an overall framework for ILO action at country level. DWCP in China was developed based on the MOU signed between the ILO and the Chinese Government and in line with the National 11th Five Year Plan (2006 – 2010), which had strong linkages to the Decent Work Agenda. It has taken into account the UN Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) and the best practices that had been established in carrying out technical cooperation programmes and projects in China. DWCP in China is a result of extensive consultations with a variety of national partners and was officially endorsed by the ILO tripartite constituents in China.
