The role of Systematisation is to gather memories, collecting,
putting in order and interpreting in a systematic and critical
way, the processes and tools employed in the fulfilment of the
aims and strategic guidelines in view of their specific application,
the results achieved and the lessons learnt. On the other hand,
Disclosure is a key factor for institutional strengthening since,
when it is co-ordinated with the Communication Strategy and the
personnel training program (which may be included within Curricular
Development or in this same component) it promotes the appropriation
of innovation, of the learnt focuses and lessons, it expands and
enriches their development through the use of other contexts and
protagonists, and maximises efforts and resources.
In the experience of the FORMUJER Programme, systematisation,
disclosure and methodology transference activities, results and
better practices were conceived as methodological and strategic
guidelines for the collective construction of knowledge, but also
as an aim in itself: that of strengthening and introducing novel
aspects in the region's training system. They enabled the creation
of a model of policies of wide and diversified application as
the fulfilment of their most important impacts in terms of sustainability
of the approaches and contributions to the area's fight for equality
and the fight against poverty. This web page and the Toolboxes
herein introduced are conclusive evidence of their meaning.
