INSAFORP. Instruments to inspect and validate products resulting from the stage of setting up a functional map with its elements of labour competency. 1st edition. El Salvador: INSAFORP, 2005. 45 p.

This document is a compilation of the necessary instruments that determine whether the main products of the stages of creating a functional map and establishing the elements of competence of a certain labour competency standard agree with the provisions of the functional analysis made for its creation. Using the suggested instruments allows to control the quality of the products obtained in the above stages.

Relevant guidelines to the correct use of such products have also been included. In the same way, some instruments that allow to validate products have also been included. This activity is conducted by groups of experts other than the ones who created them.

In order for the reader to use these instruments effectively, it is necessary to have knowledge about the elaboration of the functional map and the qualification profile of the composition of technical standards of labour competency.
