SRO Addis Ababa provides technical advisory services to ILO tripartite constituents, i.e. Governments, workers and employers organisations, in the countries it covers. In Ethiopia, the ILO's tripartite social partners are Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Ethiopian Employers' Federation and Confederation of Ethiopian Trade Unions.
