The definition of objectives to be achieved in social and labour fields for each country give opportunities to determine the ILO concern and programmes of actions.
The formulation exercise of country objectives is the responsibility of the Area office's Director with close consultation with governments and, workers' and employers' representatives. The assigned MDT specialists are also involved in these activities.
