Referral system for the recovery and reintegration of trafficked persons
This referral system was developed to strengthen the referral network of agencies dealing with trafficked persons in order to establish a systematic documentation of cases of trafficking.
Economic and social reintegration for returning migrants especially victims of trafficiking remains to be a challenging area of work. While there are existing effrots in this area, there are difficulties in ensuring the delivery of appropriate and necessary interventions and in maintaining systematic follow-up care and monitoring.
