Partnerships launching ceremony of Advocacy Challenge Fund

The main objective is to launch the partnership between the Advocacy Challenge Fund (ACF) grantees and the International Labour Organization (ILO). The event will also serve to provide an opportunity to share the importance and relevance of the project in the context of Nepal.

The launch ceremony will include approximately 60 participants from across the government, donor and implementing partners of the Advocacy Challenge Fund (ACF), including employers and workers organizations/ associations, media organizations, and civil society organizations.

The specific objectives of the partnership launch ceremony include:
•    To share selection process of the ACF Grantees; and 
•    To sign the implementation agreements with the ACF Grantees and to hand it over to both the signatories.

The objective of he UNNATI - Inclusive Growth Programme in Nepal funded by the Government of Denmark is to promote sustainable and inclusive growth to reduce poverty and raise the living standards of the people.  The ILO is implementing Advocacy for Rights and Good Governance project within the enabling environment component in four value chains; orthodox tea, ginger, dairy and cardamon.
