Training of Trainers (ToT) on the package “Understanding about child labour”
In order to have a qualified team of master trainers, in terms of knowledge and skills, who can deliver various training courses in the framework of the project, as well as being a source of trainers on child labour, with the technical and financial support of the project, a Training of Trainers (TOT) course will be conducted by a groups of experts, and organized in coordination with the Department of Children Affairs.
The workshop focuses on adult training methodologies and skills; and after that, each participant will be required to prepare and deliver a part or segment taken from the training package.
Objectives of the TOT
- A group of master trainers with knowledge and training skills on issues related to the prevention and elimination of child labour will have been formed;
- Feedbacks and inputs of the participants will be collected for further revision and improvement of the training package.
