ILO Viet Nam Director, Chang-Hee Lee, provides insights into the meaning of labour issues in the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) to Viet Nam. The accord was signed by 11 countries on 8 March, forming a market of 500 million, representing 13.5 per cent and 15 per cent of the global economy and trade, respectively.
