Memorandum of Understanding on Labour, Employment and manpower Development between the Government of the State of Kuwait and the Government of the Republic of India

Objectives:
(1) To strengthen cooperation in labour, employment and manpower development
(2) To facilitate related services to adopt and develop such cooperation within the framework of the existing laws, rules and regulations
(3) To promote cooperation and coordination in the field oflabour employment and manpower development
(4) To facilitate the mobilization and recruitment of manpower
(5) To exchange visits and under take consultation with each other

Be renewed automatically unless offcially terminated by either party
Follow up mechanism:
(1) To form a Joint Committee and meet once in every 6 months alternately in India and Kuwait
Coverage of migration cycle:
(1) Pre-departure
(2) In-service
