Launch of How Immigrants Contribute to Developing Countries' Economies in Paris (ECLM project)

An event was held in Paris on 24-25 January 2018 to launch the report, How Immigrants Contribute to Developing Countries' Economies. The report was produced in the context of the project "Assessing the economic contribution of labour migration in developing countries as countries of destination" (ECLM). The agenda for this event can be downloaded below.

The launch event was the second international event for the EU-funded ECLM project, which is jointly implemented by the OECD Development Centre and the ILO. It follows an International Expert's Meeting held in Paris in February 2015.

The launch provided an opportunity to share and discuss the findings and policy implications of the project in a global context. It also served as a platform for policy dialogue between policy makers and representatives from academia, civil society and multilateral organisations.
