International Youth Day 2012: Interactive online discussions on Google+ and Twitter
Join us in celebrating International Youth Day 2012 “Building a Better World: Partnering with Youth" by watching and contributing to a Google+ Hangout and a Twitter live Q&A.
On the occasion of International Youth Day 2012 the ILO is to organize a live Twitter discussion on Friday 10 August at 12:00 GMT.
Unemployment, temporary employment, involuntary part-time contracts, precarious jobs, informal employment...The current employment situation for young people is very grim... Youth are facing incredible barriers to finding jobs and gaining the experience they need to enter into the labour market. How can partnerships with and for youth help overcome these challenges?
Join our live discussion with Gianni Rosas, Expert Coordinator of the ILO's Youth Employment Programme, on Friday 10 August at 12:00 GMT (14:00 Geneva time) on Twitter, [@ILO - hashtag #ILOYOUTH].
Get involved, have your say, partner with and for youth.
