The Cook Islands accepts the 1986 Constitutional Amendment

On 8 January 2018, the Cook Islands deposited its instrument of acceptance of the 1986 Instrument of Amendment to the ILO Constitution. To date, the 1986 Amendment has been ratified or accepted by 108 member States, including two Members of chief industrial importance (India and Italy). To enter into force, a further 17 ratifications or acceptances are required including at least three ratifications from Members of chief industrial importance (from among Brazil, China, France, Germany, Japan, Russian Federation, United Kingdom, and United States).
