ArtWorks supporters

The ILO has had a long association with the arts to promote fundamental rights and advocate for social change on world of work issues. Since the launching of the ArtWorks programme in 2013, around 100 personalities from the sporting and entertainment worlds have supported ILO's campaigns and initiatives.

    Wagner Moura

Award-winning Brazilian actor Wagner Moura is the first ILO Goodwill Ambassador with a focus on forced labour, an issue he has long campaigned against.

He joined the ILO’s 50 for Freedom campaign, which aims to help end modern-day slavery.

Moura has a strong record on speaking out against forced labour and began collaborating with the ILO, when he supported the Red Card campaign to end child labour.
