Annual Evaluation Report 2019–20

This document provides the Governing Body with a progress report on the ILO Evaluation Office’s work covering the reporting year 2019–20, as measured against the indicators and targets in its results-based Evaluation Strategy 2018–21. It also looks at the ILO’s overall effectiveness, based on the most recent findings from Decent Work meta-studies, and explores an evaluative framework that is responsive to the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Governing Body is invited to endorse the recommendations in this report (see the draft decision in paragraph 65).
