This report summarises the research, analysis and findings associated with stage 1 - sector selection and market constraint identification. This is a precursor to Stage 2 - , Rapid market assessment (RMA) and intervention development - which will be completed by the end of August 2017. It outlines a process of elimination to select target value chains for promotion and three supporting systems for intervention. The outcome of this report is the identification of two target value chains and three supporting systems for further analysis.
