I have recently divorced. Can my ex-spouse, who has been insured by the SHIF as my automatic or voluntary dependent, remain insured?

Yes, if the request is made within three months of the divorce decree
(Contribution rate = USD 650 per month).
(Article 1.6 n°5 of Regulations).
