Comments and Observations: | ITF (15 2018) The crew is pursuing their claim for unpaid wages from 21 February to date of repatriation through a private lawyer
Other (9 2018) On 5 March 2018, the vessel was inspected by the PSCOs and it was verified that there are only Brazilian crew on board.
Govt. of Singapore (4 2022) The vessel was de-registered from the Singapore flag on 28 Nov 2017 after MPA took action. MPA also informed me that they were notified by ITF that as the flags state, Singapore had done its part and ITF did not require any further action from the Singapore flag.
