The Company was previously black listed by ITF. All possible steps were taken and now we are waiting repatriation of the old crew (6 persons) which should be done by the middle of May. The vessel will be under control of the bank and will have new management. Russian and Ukrainian Authorities were involved in resolving this case.
ITF (25 2016) The case is closed but the seafarers have not received all outstanding wages.
ITF (7 2017) No further update expected
