Comments and Observations: | Govt. of Greece (12 2010) Ownership of vessel has been transfered to "VENUS STAR TRADING IMC" after auction and the name of the ship also changed to "LPG/C Enigma Gas". Master and crew have been repatriated to Philippine and Romania. Relavent travel expenses covered by ITF and Romanian Embassy. The outstanding payment of crew members will be subjected to the progress of the procedures pertinent to the auction proceeds.
