Savings and Loan Societies Ordinance (No. 41 of 1961, as amended up to 1966). Adoption: 1961-10-10 | Date d'entrée en vigueur: 1962-05-10 | PNG-1961-R-42737 Paragraph 49 (8) provides that upon registration of a cooperative society under this Ordinance, the registration under the Cooperative Societies Ordinance (1950) or the Native Economic Development Ordinance (1951-52) is cancelled without the necessity for winding up.
