Decreto núm. 79/2022, de 17 de febrero, que obliga a las aseguradoras que operan en el Sistema de Riesgos del Trabajo a ceder ciertos derechos de percepción -

El decreto citado obliga a las seguradoras que operan en el Sistema de Riesgos del Trabajo a ceder los respectivos derechos de percepción derivados de la suma fija referida en el tercer párrafo del artículo 15 del Decreto núm. 170/96, con el fin de destinarlos a la constitución de un fideicomiso para financiar el pago de las prestaciones indicadas en los incisos a), b) y c) del artículo 2° del Decreto núm. 590, de fecha 30 de junio de 1997.
