Part 2 sets forth obligation of obtaining and authority of issuing work permit. Part 3 provides for different types of work permit, as well as for exemptions and restrictions. Part 4 regulates issue, extension, rejection and cancellation of work permits. Part 5 provides for obligation of notification, inspection, regulatory authority and penal sanctions. Part 6 contains amendments made in some laws and Part 7 final provisions.

    Decree No. 92/2621 of 10 January 1992 concerning the approval by the Council of Ministers of the agreement on special credit funds signed on 9 December 1991 within the framework of the "Agreement on the Creation and Financing of Special Credit Funds" concluded on 7 December 1972 between the Republic of Turkey and the Federal Republic of Germany with the aim of encouraging the professional reintegration in Turkey of the Turkish workers from Germany.
