    Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Russian Federation on labour activity and protection of the rights of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Russian Federation and of the citizens of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tajikistan. Done at Dushambe on 16 October 2004 (Text No. 29).

    Contains, inter alia, provisions on protection of rights of migrant workers, temporary employment, medical care and wages.

    Agreement on mutual cooperation between the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan. Done at Dushambe on 23 April 2004.

    Provides for cooperation of the two ministries in order to regulate the labour market and settle employment problems, ensure occupational safety on workplaces, relations between social partners, wages, vocational training, labour migration and social protection of low-income citizens (families).

    Agreement of 14 February 1994 between the Slovak Republic and the Republic of Tadjikistan on economic and trade relations and scientific and technical cooperation.

    Parties agree to support the development of economic relations by increasing exchange of goods and services, based on trade contracts and carried out by export companies. Both States emphasize their interest in the development of free enterprise relations and the privatization process, and in establishing a mixed committee with the aim of investigating possibilities for economic cooperation.

Etablit les organes de la Communauté.
