    In accordance with article 14 (1) of the law "On State Social Insurance", establishes the Procedure and Terms of Payment of the Benefits of Temporary Disability, Pregnancy and Childbirth, also Family Benefits, which contains, inter alia, the following: general provisions, the benefit for temporary disability and the cases of its granting, terms and procedure of granting benefits for the pregnancy and childbirth, also of the family benefits, the procedure of the calculation and payment of the benefits and control over them.

    Introduces, inter alia, the general provisions, general objectives of state authorities in the sphere of reproductive health and reproductive rights, protection of reproductive health, training and perfection of professional knowledge of medical workers in this sphere. Also sets the general principles of realization of reproductive rights of citizens, freedom of citizens in reproductive relationships, reproductive rights and guarantees of their realization, right to making independent decisions in relation of reproduction and contraception; deals with artificial fertilization, abortion, also the liability for protection of reproductive health.
