    Repeals the previous Labour Code No. 417 of 15 May 1997 (Akhbor of Majlisi Oli (Parliament) of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1997, №9, Art. 112, Art. 113), the Law No. 517 of 19 May 2009 "On Labor Protection" (Akhbor of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No.5, Art. 324) and the Law No. 202 of 28 June 2006 "On Social Partnership, Collective Agreements and Contracts" (Akhbor of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No.7, Art. 350).

    Government Decree No. 299 of 3 May 2014 "On the Service of State Supervision in the Sphere of Labour, Migration and Employment". - Legislation from CIS Countries

    In accordance with article 12 of the Constitutional Law "On the Government", establishes the Provision of the Service of State Supervision in the Sphere of Labour, Migration and Employment (Appendix 1), which defines the tasks, competencies, organization of the activity of the Service; also the structure (Appendix 2) and the scheme (Appendix 3) of the Service. Establishes, inter alia, the maximum number of workers in the Service up to 60.

    Repeals the Government Decree No. 104 of 3 March 2007 "On the State Service of Supervision of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of Population".
