    Government Decree No. 429 of 3 July 2014 "On the Rules of Attestation of Workplaces according to Conditions at Work". - Legislation from CIS Countries

    In appliance with article 6 of the law "On Occupational Safety", approves the Rules of Holding Attestation of Work Places by Working Conditions, which deals, inter alia, with the following: the general provisions of the attestation of working conditions and the usage of the results of it, also the preparation for the attestation, the procedure of attestation, taking measures by the results of the attestation.
    Introduces appendices 1-11, defining, inter alia, the main categories (1), also the list of the main standards of the system of the standards of occupational safety and hygienic norms, used in the attestation of working places (2), classification of working conditions by trauma safety (7), also various documents related to the procedure.

    Amends article 35 (Out Placing to Another Permanent Work) of the Labour Code with para 5 which states that the rotation or change of working position of senior officials in state bodies is not considered as moving to another workplace and has the purpose of using their professional skills more efficiently and preventing corruption.

    - Amends Article 113(1) and (2) by replacing the words "average earnings" by "monthly earning"
    - Amends Article 114 by replacing the words "six months" by "two months".
    - Amends Article 116 by deleting the words "back pays and other".
