    Based on the State policy, in particular the 2012-2016 Development Plan, the Government has decided to introduce a permanent national social insurance system, which provides coverage to everyone in the society. Part of this policy is to be achieved through the introduction of a minimum hourly wage, which was passed into law in this Law.
