    Amends Art. 8(4) of the Ordinance of 11 April 1989 on the limitation of the number of foreigners in the Principality of Liechtenstein adopted under the agreement of 6 November 1963 between the principality of Liechtenstein and Switzerland on the functions of the police dealing with the registration of aliens from third countries in the Principality of Liechtenstein and cooperation in this field.

    Amends Arts. 1(2),5(2), 11, 14, 19(2) (b), (c) and (d), 22(5), 27, 29(1) (a) and 42(2) (k), (l) and (m) of the Ordinance of 11 April 1989 on the limitation of the number of foreigners in the Principality of Liechtenstein (LGBl 1988 Nr.4), as amended by the Ordinance of 12 September 1989 (LGBl 1989 Nr. 53), adopted under the Agreement of 6 November 1963 between the Principality of Liechtenstein and Switzerland on the functions of the police in dealing with the registration of aliens from third countries in the Principality of Liechtenstein and cooperation in this field. The Government of Liechtenstein may limit the number of foreigners by enterprise and nationality if the number of foreigners exceeds 31.2% of the total population.
