    Chapter 1 introduces general provisions, including, inter alia, the principles of appointing state benefits, types and sizes of state benefits, guaranteed minimum income, sources for the payment of state benefits.
    Chapter 2 deals with the appointment and payment of state benefits: inter alia, lump sum payment in time of child birth, appointment of monthly payment to families in need, who have children under age of 16; also the types of incomes subjected to consideration in case of benefit appointment; procedure of the payment of benefits, recalculation of benefits and termination of the payment of benefits; emissions from state benefits.
    Chapter 3 regulates the liability and protection of the citizens who receive state benefits: inter alia, liability of citizens and bodies who provide information on recipients of state pensions; liability for wrong appointment of benefits; disputes related with the appointment and payment of benefits.
    Chapter 4 sets final provisions.
    Repeals the previous law No. 318 of 29 December 2009 "On State Benefits" (Vedomosti Jogorku Kenesha Kirgizskoj Respubliki, 2009, No. 11, p. 1032).

    Provides, inter alia, for legal, economic and organizational provisions related to employers' responsibility for damage caused to employee's life and health during the exercise of his/her duties.

    Law No. 1095-XII of 18 December 1992 amending the Code of Civil Procedure of 30 July 1964 (Text No. 62) and the Civil Code of 30 July 1964 (Text No. 61) of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan (Text No. 65).

    Inter alia amends Article 470 of the Civil Code on responsability for damage to health or for death of workers in the performance of their work, and on appropriate compensation.

    Law No. 765-XII of 27 February 1992 on Labour Protection (Occupational Safety and Health) (Text No. 152).

    Includes measures for the improvement of the the working environment and the prevention of industrial and employment injuries, through the participation of enterprises, associations and trade unions. Covers social insurance (employment accident benefits) and employment contract. Provides for compulsory medical examination, training of workers (especially in arduous working conditions) and special measures for women workers, young workers under the age of 18 years and pregnant women. Includes a chapter on the organisation of the supervision and control of the implementation of the legislation, with the participation of trade unions, and a chapter on responsibility in the event of infringement of this legislation.
