    Rephrases paragraphs 3, 4 of Preamble; paragraph 2 of part 3 of Article 6 (on the supreme juridical force of the Constitution). Rephrases the title of Chapter I of Section II, which now reads:"Chapter I: General provisions". Introduces wording changes into Article 16 (on the human rights and freedoms); Article 20 (on the adoption of laws related with human rights), supplementing it with a new sentence; Article 24 (on the right to freedom and personal immunity). Supplements Article 26 (on the principle innocence of a person until the opposite is proven) with new part 7. Rephrases part 5 of Article 36 (on the essence of family). Repeals a sentence in Article 41 (on the right to appeal to state body). Makes wording changes in Articles 50 (on the rights and duties of a citizen), 64 (the President), 68 (suspension of the competencies of the President), 74 (the competencies of the Parliament), 81 (the laws adopted by the Parliament), 84 (candidacy for the position of the Prime Minister), 86 (the question of distrust in the Government), 87 (the retirement of the Prime Minister), 89 (duties of the Prime Minister), 94 (Judges), 95 (peculiarities of the position of a judge), 96. (Supreme Court), 102 (court self-governance), 104 (Prosecutor's office).     Introduces general provisions; sphere of impact of this law; organizational bases of realization of reproductive rights of citizens, which includes state policy in the sphere of protection of reproductive rights, state regulation in this sphere, competencies of state executive bodies. Further, deals with reproductive rights and guarantees of their realization, which include, inter alia, right to reproductive choice, right to services in this sphere, right to safe pregnancy, right to infertility treatment, right to use of contraception, use of surrogate motherhood, donation of sex cells, artificial fertilization. The final provisions introduce, inter alia, financing of state agencies who carry out protection reproductive rights.
    Repeals the previous Law "On Reproductive Rights of Citizens and Guarantees of their Realization" (Vedomosti Jogorku Kenesha Kirgizskoj Respubliki, 2007, No.7-9, page 716).

    Law No. 218 of 18 November 2011 amending the Law on Preventing and Combating Trafficking in Human Beings. - Legislation from CIS Countries

    Amends, the following articles:
    Article 1(9) - amends the definitions for "Trafficking in persons" and also "the fight against human trafficking";
    Article 3(5) - adds after the words "against the traffickers," the words "with full respect for their rights.";
    Article 5(2) paragraph 8 - replaces the words "and on this - on the basis of development" with the words "and on this basis - the development.";
    Article 7(1) paragraph 5 - repealed;
    Article 9(9) - after the words "developing" and "includes the existing" add the words "professional" and "general education";
    Article 21(1) - after the word "family" add the words "or legal representatives";
    Article 21(3)- after the words "at his own request" add the words "or the request of his legal representatives";
    Article 21(4) - after the words "of trafficking in persons" add the words "or his legal representatives";
    Article 23(1) - wherever the word "shall" appears, it shall be replaced with the word "may". After the words "human trafficking" add the words "and to assist victims of trafficking."
    Article 27(2) - replace the words "executive bodies in the Kyrgyzstan Republic in charge of custody and guardianship" with "bodies for the protection of the rights and interests of children".

    Concerns the State language of Kyrghyzstan which is Kyrghyz. Also provides that Russian is used as official language. The Republic guarantees all nationalities the right to use their mother tongue, and conditions for its teaching and development. Any discrimination on the basis of language is forbidden.
