    Introduces wording changes in para 6 of Article 2 (General concepts used in this law), paras 3, 4 of Article 4 (State guarantees in the sphere of employment), parts 1, 2, 3 of Article 5 (Registration as an unemployed or a job seeker), part 1 of Article 6 (Reasons for refuse to recognize citizens as official unemployed), part 1, 4 of Article 8 (Conditions, procedure and terms of payment of unemployment benefit). Also makes wording changes in Article 9 (Termination, suspension of payment of unemployment benefit), Article 10 (Rights of citizens in the sphere of promotion of employment), also supplementing it with new part 5. Rephrases Article 12 (Procedure of providing financial support by competent public authorities to the officially registered unemployed, who are willing to undertake entrepreneurial activity), Article 15 (Procedure of appellation against activities of competent public authority). Also makes changes in Article 13 (Withdrawal of the officially registered unemployed from registry), Article 16 (Organization of paid public works), Article 17 (Support to employers in providing employment), Article 18 (Rights of employers).

    Amends and supplements articles 3, 62, 65, 69, 85, 86, 87, 95, 103, 112,113, 123, 129, 151, 186, 230, 234, 327, 350, 351, 357, 363, 365, 399, 412, 423 of the Labour Code. The main changes are related to: the procedure of recruitment of the employee, notably the reduced list of test requirements at recruitment; the procedure of keeping work record book of the employee; the possibility for the employer to terminate the employment contract without prior notification of the State Employment Service. Also introduces minor changes in the concept of holidays providing that depending on the industries' specificities other than Sundays can be provided as a holiday.
