    National Workplace Policy on HIV/AIDS from the Ministry of Labour and Social Security

    To be used to help workplaces develop and implement HIV/AIDS workplace policies and programmes to protect workers living with or affected by HIV/AIDS, to improve HIV/AIDS prevention and contribute to the development of a caring, supportive and responsible workplace that does not discriminate against or stigmatise persons infected by the virus.

    This Act [incorporating all changes through December 1989] prohibits discrimination on grounds of sex in respect of remuneration and other terms and conditions of employment.
