    Order No. 11 of 1998 of the Minister of Labour on the Labour Council's rehabilitation programme for unemployed persons and on subsidies for disabled persons.

    Provides for a programme for disabled unemployed people to enter into working life or to return to work. The minimum disability to participate in such a programme shall be 40 per cent. Prescribes the rights of disabled persons to rehabilitation and work and sets forth benefits and subsidies for the time of rehabilitation (a maximum of 18 months). Makes provisions for retraining disabled persons and encourages the unemployed to become entrepreneurs.

    Conformément ŕ la Convention de Genčve du 20.06.1983 concernant la réadaptation professionnelle et l'emploi (personnes handicapées), une fondation est créée afin de favoriser la réadaptation professionnelle des personnes ŕ capacité de travail réduite. La loi précise la provenance de ses ressources (Etat, associations caritatives, entreprises). Le rôle de la fondation est de fournir des fonds destinés ŕ la création et l'amélioration des postes de travail adaptés aux handicapés.
