    The principles governing labour inspection are to be renewed and given yearly to the National Labour Security and Labour Affairs Inspectorate. The inspection is extended to the documents certifying termination of the labour relationship and to the lending of workers.
    The Act also provides for rules in case of illegal employment of foreign workers.

    Sont exclus du champ d'application les membres des forces armées et de la police ainsi que les entreprises soumises au contrôle de la haute autorité de l'Inspection des mines. L'Inspection du travail a pour mission de contrôler l'application de la réglementation du travail dans les domaines suivants: (a) interdiction des pratiques discriminatoires en matičre d'emploi; (b) emploi des femmes, des jeunes et des travailleurs ŕ capacité de travail modifiée; (c) heures de travail et heures supplémentaires; (d)jours de repos et congés; (e) salaire minimum; et (f) conditions d'embauche des travailleurs étrangers.
