    This Law replaces and amends Articles 1,2 and 101 of Law No. 53 of 1966 concerning the Agriculture Law.

    The Minister of Agriculture shall determine the areas to cultivate certain crops, and shall ban other crops in certain areas. The Minister of Agriculture in coordination with the Minister of Irrigation shall issue a Ministerial Decree to ban the cultivation of some crops in certain areas that have low amounts of water, in order to rationalize water usage.

    A special monthly allowance shall be granted as of the first of July 2015 to the government employees who are not included in the State Civil Service Law No. 18 of 2015, at the rate of 10% of their basic salary on 30 June 2014 or on the date of appointment with regard to those appointed after that date, without minimum or maximum limits. This raise shall not be considered as a part of the basic salary of the civil servant.

    Under the law, the General Agency for Health Insurance will oversee the provision of medical treatment and care services by specified treatment bodies in and out of farmer units, in accordance with the levels of health service and rules regulating them issued by order of the health minister.

It should also set the different routs and maritime lines with the different ministries". Article 5 provides "Its sets the rules of the different members of the general authority".

    Adds a new paragraph to the provision of section 26 of the Regulation related to the Payment of Pension and Benefits for Members of the Federation of Medical Professions, promulgated by Order of the Minister of State for Health No. 243 of 1983. The new paragraph provides that for members with chronic diseases and who are granted medical leave by order of the Medical Commission, the payment of benefit may be repeated provided that such repetition shall not exceed four times per financial year.

    The Director of the Social Affairs Department or his deputy may grant workers previously working in governmental posts or in the public sector and their families allowances from the local fund established for such workers. The Order provides for the cases entitled to receive such grants as well as the amounts of the grant.

This allowance shall not be considered as part of the worker's basic wage and shall not be subject to any taxes or fees. Article 2 of the Act defines civil servants and Article 3 provides for the means of payment.
