    Article 306(bis)(a) of Law No. 58 of 1937 on promulgating the Penal Code is amended and replaced with a new paragraph that provides as follows: individuals who carry out sexual or obscene gestures in any manner, including by modern means of communication, will be punished with a term of imprisonment of not less than six months or a fine of EGP 3000. It also states that if the act of sexual harassment is repeated by the same individual, the punishment of imprisonment will be increased to one year and the fine to EGP 5,000-10,000.

    Additional paragraph (b) added to Article 306(bis) of Law No. 58 of 1937 on promulgating the Penal Code that states as follows: if the harassment is done with the intent of receiving sexual gratification from the victim, the punishment will be a term of imprisonment of not less than one year and a fine of EGP 10,000-20,000. Moreover, any individual who uses duress to receive sexual gratification will be punished with a term of imprisonment of between two and five years and a fine of EGP 20,000-50,000.

    Adds a new chapter to the third part of the Penal Code. This chapter consists of two sections: 375 bis and 375 bis 1. Section 375 bis provides for penalties imposed in case of harassment or the threat of force. Section 375 bis 1 provides for an increase in the extent of the minimum and maximum penalty for any other offence committed as a result of the commission of a crime provided for in the previous section.

    Adds a new paragraph to s. 240 of the Penal Code promulgated by Act No. 58 of 1937, which reads as follows: " Forced labour punishment shall be inflicted for not less five years if the act provided for in the previous paragraph was committed by a doctor with the intention of transplanting an organ or part of an organ from a living person to another living person. This penalty would be inflicted for life if the action resulted in the death of the victim."
