Part 5 (s. 161-168) makes provision for merger, consolidation and consequential matters. Part 6 (s. 169-191) regulates incorporation and registration of other companies. Part 7 (s. 192-275) provides for winding-up of companies. Part 8 (s. 276-284) deals with administrative matters. Part 9 (s. 285-306) makes provision for civil remedies, civil penalties and offences. Part 10 (s. 307-312) contains miscellaneous provisions.
