    Rephrases article 10 on the abortion also supplementing it with the new paragraphs and sub-paragraphs, which state that during the period of gestation till 12 weeks abortion is allowed to be carry out only with the written consent of woman, during the period of 12-22 weeks of gestation-exclusively only on the basis of medical or social reasons and with the written consent of woman. Paragraph 2's new wording states, that abortion, out of medical and social reasons developed and regulated by state authority, is prohibited. New paragraph 8 says that RA Government establishes the regulation and conditions of abortion including the medical contraindications and necessary lists of investigations, medical and social reasons, the application form for woman applying for abortion until 12 weeks of gestation, form of consent of parents of minors applying for abortion.

    Supplements articles part 2 of article 9 (Conditions and terms of appointing age labour pensions) and part 1 of article 12 (Conditions and terms of appointing disability labour pensions) with new sentences, also article 32 (Documents verifying working experience and procedure of calculating working experience) with a new paragraph. Introduces wording changes to articles part 1 of article 20 (Conditions and terms of appointing disability military pension), part 1 of article 29 (Periods calculated in working experience), article 33 (Appointing a pension),
    Makes minor changes in articles 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 41, 44, 46.
    Article 7 of this law enters into force on 1 March 2016.

    Repeals part 4 of article 10 (Reasons for termination of granting an asylum and the recognition of refugee).
    Rephrases article 30 (Identification card of a refugee); supplements the law with new articles 30.1 (Conventional travel document), 30.2 (Reasons for change of identification card and conventional travel document of refugee and time terms thereof), 30.3 (Reasons for declaring invalid identification card and conventional travel document of refugee), 30.4 (Withdrawal of identification card and conventional travel document of refugee). Also makes minor wording changes in articles 29, 36, 53, 54, 58, 62.
    Introduces separate transitional provisions mainly concerning the identification card and conventional travel document of refugee.

    Rephrases part 5 of article 7 (Asylum for family and reunion of family) supplementing it with part 6; also changes the wording of article 8 (Asylum seekers and refugees with special needs), articles 14 (Terms of life sustenance), 32 (RA state authorities competent in asylum issues), 34 (Competencies of migration authority) supplementing it with new sub-paragraphs 8.1, 8.2, also part 1 of article 35 (Competencies of authority of national security), articles 36, 37, 38 concerning the competencies of state bodies and law enforcement bodies, articles 46 (Request for an asylum), 50 (Guarantees for asylum seekers with special needs), 51 (Interview), 53 (Procedures of termination and suspension of the status of refugee), 59 (Double submission of the application for an asylum).
    Adds new article 16.1 (Right to free of charge juridical support), also a new paragraph to part 1 of article 9 (Not returning back (not "refouler")), new paragraph to article 24 (Right to asylum), new part 4 to article 31 (Ensuring of rights of asylum seekers and refugees by stat and non-governmental bodies), new paragraph to article 47 (Application for an asylum); also supplements the law with new article 52.1 (Accelerated procedure of granting an asylum).
    Also introduces minor changes to articles 1, 11, 12, 25, 42, 45, 49, 52, 55, 56, 61.
    Part 2 of article 14 enters into force on 1 January 2016.
