    El art. 3 de este decreto prevé que cuando se elimine o reduzca la jornada de los días sabados en la industria de la construcción, podrán distribuirse las horas correspondientes a ese día en los restantes días de la semana estableciéndose jornadas de hasta nueve horas treinta y seis minutos de trabajo efectivo por día más el período de descanso intermedio que se disponga. El tiempo que exceda de las ocho horas diarias sin sobrepasar las nueve horas treinta y seis minutos de trabajo efectivo no generará horas extras. Asimismo, el art. 6 dispone que cada empresa podrá adoptar en cada una de sus obras el régimen de jornadas y horarios que considere más adecuado a las características técnicas o laborales de cada obra, pudiendo aplicarse concomitantemente, dentro de una misma obra, diversos horarios según las exigencias de cada tipo de trabajo o sector.
