| Résumé/Citation: | Amends article 182 of the Labour Code providing that women having adopted a child can take 56 calendar day vacation leave. In case of more than one child adoption she can take up to 70 days. The also provides for a possibility of vacation taking by the father of the child. A similar amendment is made to article 18-1 of the Law on Vacation of 1997. |
