Résumé/Citation: | Amends Sections 2 and 21-26 of Minimum Wages Act. Inter alia deals with workplace inspections, and complaints by workers in the event (a) worker alleges non-compliance with provisions of the Act; (b) worker's employment is terminated on the ground of his refusal to accept terms and conditions less than provided for under a minimum wages order; (c) there is a difference of opinion as to the reasonableness of any action taken or not taken by an employer as to the suspension or dismissal of a worker consequent upon the making of a minimum wages order. |
