Résumé/Citation: Provides for tripartite cooperation councils at national, regional and local levels. National Tripartite Cooperation Council shall consist of two representatives of Council of Ministers, and of two representatives of workers' and employers' organizations. Also regulates recognition of workers' and employers' organizations. Provides for collective employment agreements in companies, and for agreements at district, sectoral and municipal level. Inserts a new Section 60 on application for declaration of nullity of collective employment agreement, and a new Section 114 on employment contract for 5 days work per month. Also makes provision for preservation of employment rights on change of employer, right to information in the event of mass dismissal, overtime, night work, paid leave and educational leave, right to equal remuneration, prohibition of travel on business, as well as several related matters.
