Résumé/Citation: Act to amend the Wage Act 1957 [LS 1957 - SA 1], so as to provide that a determination shall not apply to a person in respect of any matter regulated by any order which is binding on such person in terms of the Labour Relations Act 1956; to authorize the board to gather information in respect of any trade and to advise the Minister in relation to the exercise of the power mentioned in section 4(1); and to provide that the chairman or the temporary chairman of the board may, without the decision of the board, decide that any investigation and report contemplated in section 4(1) shall be carried out and made by any member of the board, either alone or in conjunction with any additional member; and to provide for matters connected therewith. Amends ss. 2, 3 and 4.
