Second Region

These Regulations make provisions in respect of, inter alia, hours of work, conversion of rates, payment of overtime, payment of wages, incentive schemes, vacation leave, industrial holidays, benefits during sickness, contract and notice, protective clothing and uniforms and gratuities on termination of employment. Made under section 77 of the Labour Relations Act, 1985.
