In accordance with article 7 of the law "On State Forecasts, Concepts, Strategies and Programmes of Social-Economic Development of the Republic of Tajikistan", establishes the Programme of Organization of Labour and Development of Industrial Production in Correctional Institutions for the years 2015-2020, which includes, inter alia: legal grounds, purposes and necessity of organization of the employment of prisoners or their correction and education, and by branch production.
